T​angible products will be posted either by Inpost or Royal Mail.
Return & Refund Policy
At Tikki London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but please note that digital patterns cannot be returned or refunded.
Please contact us should you need any help with your pattern.

Tangible products can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described - we take great care in showing you photos of the actual item and describe everything in detail.
Scrap packs, pre-cut fabrics and fabrics cut off bolts cannot be returned.
