This is a great project for using fabric scraps!

Material requirements:
Fabrics from 9 colour groups (we used shades of blues & greens).  
12” (30cm) WOF total of assorted light fabrics
Optional: ¼ yd fabric for border
10” (25cm) fabric for double pillow binding
21” (53cm) square of linen for the pillow backing
20” (50cm) square wadding/batting
20” (50cm) pillow pad or 18” (45cm) if no border.
Piecing thread
Quilting Thread for hand or machine
Zip, at least 20” but ideally a little longer
Fabric scraps for scrappy zip binding
