Finished size H8” x W9” (20cm x 23cm) with easy boxed corners, the bag is lined and has a batting to give it a but of body.
        
* a Fat Quarter (FQ) is a piece of quilt fabric 18” by 21”. 
 
Material requirements:
1 x FQ fabric for outer bag
1 x FQ fabric for lining
1 x 5” by 18” strip of fabric for drawstring channel
10” (25cm) Thermolam 272 batting by Vilene/Vliseline (in the USA know as Pellon where it is also available as fusible, so get a fusible variety if available).
1½ yards (1.2 m) shoe lace cotton cord
Matching sewing thread
Optional: Clover Bodkin, 505 Spray adhesive, Quilting thread if quilted
