Boxy Pouch Sewing Pattern: Finished size L 9" x W 2½” x H 2½”

The pattern is written for machine sewing, except for the lining, which is hand stitched in place.
This pouch shape has many uses, but would be especially fun pencil cases.

1 x FQ(*) cotton or linen for outer pouch 
1 x FQ for lining
Small pieces of fabric for pull tabs
14” long zipper
12” by 14” piece of batting Pellon/Vilene Thermolam 272
Matching sewing thread
Optional: zipper pull
