Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Tikki Limited you will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the terms below, please contact us before placing an order.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.

Payment and Taxes (VAT)
Credit card and PayPal payments are accepted through this web site.

Product prices quoted on this website are shown in sterling pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT.

If requested we can refund the VAT on non-EU international online orders of £100 or over only. A £10 administration charge applies to all VAT refunds we process.
Please note that we cannot refund any VAT on purchases made in person in the shop.

International Orders
We are happy to ship overseas and charge the actual shipping cost plus a £2.50 handling fee. Please note that all customs and/or import duties and/or taxes levied at the destination country will be the buyer's responsibility.

Returns Policy
We hope that you are satisfied with your products from Tikki Limited.

We regret that we cannot refund any monies paid for custom orders unless the item is one which we may be able to sell onwards. However, we are happy to offer refunds for any stock items, so should you not be entirely happy with your purchase you may return the product to us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the product is returned unused, unopened and in perfect condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs.

When returning items, please obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost in the mail.

Your Right To Cancel
You may not cancel a custom order after payment has been received and the work on your order has begun. If you do cancel the contract before work has started on a custom order or return any stock item to us within 7 days in perfect and unused condition, any payments made by you will be refunded excluding any postage cost.

Conformity Of Goods
While the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
