Terms and Conditions for booking and
attending classes and workshops at Tikki Patchwork
By sending a class booking
online you have agreed to these terms & conditions*
Fees: Must be paid in advance and
should be sent with your booking form or online.
Your booking can only be reserved when your cleared payment has arrived.
Quoted fees do not include materials for the workshop unless otherwise
stated.
A list of required materials can be downloaded from the Tikki website.
All supplies for the workshop are available at Tikki Patchwork unless
otherwise stated
and can be purchased prior to the day of the workshop or on the day if
appropriate.
Cancellations: A credit note for fees can only be made if a
cancellation is received with a minimum
of fourteen days notice, even if you booked within those fourteen days.
An administration fee of £3.00 for each cancelled workshop will be made in
all cases. If a workshop does not reach the required quota, the class may
have to be cancelled, in which case all fees paid will be fully refunded.
General: Some of the classes require you to bring a sewing machine
along.
If this is difficult, you may use one of Tikki’s for £5 per class unless
otherwise stated.
Tikki’s sewing machines may be used at your own risk!
Legal notice: Tikki Ltd takes absolutely no responsibility for any
injuries you might suffer during the workshops either due to using our or
your own tools or equipment such as sewing machines, cutters,
scissors, needles and the like.

Bookings will be confirmed in the order they arrive.
We will send an email confirmation for all bookings.
As we take bookings both manually in the shop
and automated online, it is possible in rare cases that a class may become
overbooked. So, to be fair we assign the places in the order the
actual bookings were made.
